Every superhero has an origin story, and so does your small business. When it comes to sales, it all starts with knowing your business like the back of your hand. What makes it tick? What's its heart and soul? But most importantly, how can it change the world (or at least, your customers' world)?

So, ask yourself, "What unique solution does my business offer to its customers?" Once you've got that nailed down, you're ready for the next step.

By understanding and utilizing these psychological principles, you can persuade your customers to make a purchase without them even realizing why they're doing it. Now, that's a superpower!
